What Is REACH Forum?

REACH Forum - Revolutionizing Empowerment Among Creative Hearts - is a leadership and empowerment platform created to help emerging leaders gain access to the mentorship, networks, skills, and opportunities they need to lead, build, and impact their communities. We believe many young people do not lack talent. They lack exposure, guidance, access, and opportunity. REACH Forum exists to help close that gap.

REACH Access Fellowship

An 8- to 12-week leadership and empowerment experience designed to expose, equip, and empower emerging leaders through masterclasses, mentorship, career readiness, entrepreneurship, civic leadership, and community-impact projects.

NextGen Visionary Summit

Founder Story

Born from Exposure. Built to Create Access. The vision for REACH Forum was conceived during Obie Bafour's Archer Fellowship experience, where exposure to Washington, D.C., public policy, leadership spaces, professional networks, and career-shaping opportunities revealed the power of access. REACH Forum was created from the belief that when emerging leaders are exposed to the right rooms, mentors, ideas, and opportunities, their future can expand.
